Our team is made up of professionals who have been both customers and suppliers of Human Capital services.  Tom Triolo is the principal and founder of Complete Career Solutions.  The Austin, TX based human capital services firm specializes in recruiting—including recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), executive search, process consulting, and contract recruiting.  For more than eighteen years Tom has served as a senior-level HR leader and business partner in companies from many industry sectors.  He has led HR/recruitment functions in companies from computer hardware & software industries, professional services, financial services, and consumer products.  This cross industry expertise allowed him to create and assemble a team to deliver the complete career solution in many different business areas and industries.  Tom has a B.A. in Psychology from San Diego State University, with an emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. 

When Tom is not delivering the complete career solution to companies or candidates, he spends his time with his wife Lesa, and his three growing boys.   Most of the time, he can be found watching or coaching his boys in baseball, football, or basketball…depending on what season it is.  In the event there is extra time, an escape to the golf course is a destination of choice.   

Tom’s relationships with senior and executive recruiters from all different industries make up the rest of the CCS team.  These on-call consultants are seasoned professionals that service all levels of high technology, financial services, consumer goods, and executive recruitment functions.  Although each of these professionals specializes in their own unique industries, they all have one thing in common.  They are all committed to providing a complete career solution to both candidates and companies.
